01
Test Planning and Procedure Preparation
We help define the pile testing scope and procedures based on the project requirements, expected ground conditions, pile type, installation method, and design questions to be addressed. This may include the selection of test locations, loading directions, test loads, acceptance criteria, reaction arrangements, and testing sequence.
02
Field Testing and Data Recording
We carry out or coordinate pile load testing in the field, including tension, compression, lateral, or combined testing depending on the project needs. During testing, we record installation remarks, test setup information, applied loads, displacements, pile details, ground observations, and any relevant field limitations.
03
Factual Reporting
We provide the data obtained during pile load testing in an organised format, together with a factual summary of the testing completed, the results obtained, field observations, and any relevant limitations affecting the test data.
04
Engineering Analysis and Recommendations
We review the pile response under the applied loading conditions to help clients understand what the test results mean for installation strategy, design decisions, and foundation performance. This may include assessment of pile capacity, soil-pile behaviour, acceptance against agreed criteria, and practical conclusions to support pile optimisation and construction planning.
